Pricing Details Our package price are formulated by actual log living space. If the plan incorporates a lower level basement as living space, the lower basement level square footage is not added into the formula. For example, if a home has 1500 square feet on the main level and 1500 square feet on the lower basement level, it has a total of 3000 square feet of living space. However, we only put 1500 square feet into the formula of: 7" logs at $70.00 sq foot. X 1500 1500 X $70.00 = $105,000 As such, you would be paying $105,000 total for the complete package.
